Relief from minor aches and pains: Rub on the affected parts. Clean the applicator top with a tissue after each use and place the cap on.2. By Steam Inhalation method: Medicinal vapours help relieve nasal congestion and cough.
Twist the bottom to fill 2 teaspoonfuls of ointment and add into a bowl partially filled with steaming water (NOT BOILING). Gently inhale the vapours with a towel over your head and bowl.
