How to use
With its subtly sweet, rich flavour and gently whipped velvety texture, the simplest way is just to enjoy one or two teaspoons of manuka honey a day straight from the spoon or mixed with warm water.

For a soothing hot drink, gently stir MGO 400+ manuka honey into your favourite tea. If you’ve got a sore throat, we’d recommend a mix of manuka honey, lemon, ginger and warm water.

Manuka honey may also be applied topically to the skin to assist with wound healing. To do this, apply a thin layer of MGO 400+ manuka honey directly to the skin and then cover the affected area.
