clean your skin with warm water and a gentle cleanser to get rid of any pollution.
Next, spread the mask across your body and massage your skin.
Leave for a while (it’s up to you how long) and keep gently massaging
your body.
When you finish, rinse it with warm water and dry it gently with a towel
