This valinos version is based on the proven footbed of our valinos Beach models. Since the forefoot is equipped with only one strap, valinos Fit models are very well suited for use as training and therapy devices and for activating the foot musculature. The footbed is adapted to the wearer’s individual requirements on the basis of foot measurements.
The classic-model has a wide strap in forefoot area. It is available in 2 different colors and has also the orthopedic footbed.
The Darco Heelift ® Glide is suitable for the prevention and repair of open wounds and decubitis problems, large/small vascular problems, diabetic foot syndrome, foot heart rate problems and bedriddenness in diabetic patients.
Heelift® Glide can play an integral role in offloading the heel to help prevent heel pressure ulcers. Unlike pillows, which can actually aggravate heel cord contracture, Heelift® Glide assists in keeping the patient’s foot in the correct position for heel pressure ulcer prevention. Compared to pillows and other heel offloading devices, Heelift® Glide can also save a lot of nursing time.
Indications:
Prevention and treatment of heel pressure ulcers
Patients suffering from large / small vessel disease
Diabetic foot syndrome and decubitus
Braden pressure-sore risk scale of 17 points or less
Sedentary diabetic patients with neurological sensory deficit
