POSITANO TEJUS is a slipper designed for patients with rheumatic foot who suffer from mild joint pain and who have small deformities and for the prevention in grade 0-1 of the diabetic foot (even in the presence of neuropathies).
The flexible biomechanical sole offers walking stability and balance. During the gait phase, the foot joints are protected and pressures are redistributed correctly, helping to reduce the risk of falling. The 20 mm heel supports the physiological posture and natural walking.
The self-modelling upper with no seams in the areas of friction molds itself to the shape of the foot, comfortably accommodating any deformities such as hallux valgus or hammer toes, avoiding dangerous and painful friction, giving maximum comfort even in cases of bunions, gout and calluses.
The double Velcro closure allows the front part of the slipper to be opened completely and the internal volume to be adjusted according to need (swollen or oedematous feet).
The slipper is prepared for the insertion of a finished or customized insole.

The DARCO MedSurg Shoe is designed to provide the foot with solid protection and accommodate bulky bandages with ease. It features a square- toe design to provide added protection for the toes. The sole has a metashank design that provides added support to the metatarsal region when walking. The DARCO MedSurg Shoe has a hook and loop closure across the front which can fit up to a 17 inch circumference from large bandages and dressing. It also eliminates any added pressure caused by more traditional D ring closures that can irritate the forefoot area.Very aggressive tread at the midfoot provides superior traction. The reduced-friction tread at the toe and heel helps accommodate toe drag and heel scuff, minimizing the risk of accidental tripping. The elastic strap around the front of the ankle prevents the product from slipping off the heel.
