Testing your blood glucose regularly can make a big difference in how you manage your diabetes. Analyzing your blood glucose results stored in the meter is an effective way for you and your healthcare professional to determine how well you are controlling your diabetes. This analysis is a valuable tool for making improvements to your diabetes management. Accu-chek blood glucose meter has a backlit LCD screen, provides a fast measurement in less than 4 seconds. After the measurement you can add a marker to indicate if the measurement has been before or after food, fasting etc. It’s easy to record results without a paper log that automatically records results directly to the (mysugar diabetes management app) smartphone. It features a push button strip ejector, means you don’t have to touch used strips
How to use
Step 1: Place the pinhole opening firmly against your finger, and press the yellow release button. This will lance your finger.
Step 2: Gently squeeze your finger to assist the blood flow. This helps you get a blood drop.
Step 3: Touch the yellow edge of the test strip to the blood drop. Remove your finger from the test strip when the flashing hourglass symbol appears.
Step 4:Your test result appears with an arrow which indicates if your test result falls above, within or below the target range. The target range is represented by the green region of the target range indicator.
