The Finn Comfort Milano fuses a classic Oxford look with the style of premium Nappa leather to form a lace-up that is prepared for any occasion. Easily cleaned, moisture-resistant uppers provide maximum durability with the luxury of a buttery soft calf-skin lining.

The padded collar and tongue produce all-day cushioning and support. The classic, suede-lined removable footbed provides full arch support and a metatarsal pad for proper alignment and weight distribution across the entire sole. This natural cork footbed can also be removed for cleaning, and airing, or replaced by your own orthotic insert. A polyurethane outsole supplies lightweight flexibility with maximum shock absorbency and can be fully replaced.

X-DIAB LADY is a shoe for tertiary prevention of the diabetic foot and was built to alleviate pressure on the sole of the foot. It is suitable for anyone with a history of ulcers or who has undergone amputations (this includes Charcot foot) and is also recommended for patients suffering from rheumatism and with serious deformities.
The rigid biomechanical outsole limits stress on the joints of the foot whilst the wearer is walking and significantly reduces pressure peaks on the forefoot, contributing to a proper distribution of pressure. The rigid outsole reduces the risk of re-ulceration in diabetic patients by over 50% (tests conducted by the Rizzoli Orthopaedic Institute (Istituto Ortopedico Rizzoli), University of Bologna). With its “boat”-shaped design, it contributes to the push-off stage and helps the foot to roll more easily.
The stretchable upper without seams at friction points takes the shape of the foot, softly accommodating any deformities (such as a hallux valgus or hammer toes) and avoiding painful risky rubbing and chafing.
The double-velcro fastening means that the front of the upper can be opened, making for an easy entry. It is a perfect solution for feet which are big, swollen or bandaged because the generous fit and adjustable volume comfortably accommodates the foot.
