- The self-modeling upper and without seams in the rubbing areas molds to the foot and comfortably contains deformities such as hallux valgus or hammer toes, avoiding dangerous and painful friction, providing maximum comfort even in cases of bursitis, gout and calluses.

BOTERO 12 is a piece of footwear recommended for the daily treatment of the rheumatic foot affected by joint pain and displaying slight deformities. It also serves for grade 0 and 1 prevention of diabetic foot.
The flexible biomechanical outsole contributes to a steady gait and balance. During the gait cycle, the foot joints are protected and pressure is properly distributed, helping to lessen any risk of falling.
The stretchable upper without seams at friction points adapts to the foot, softly accommodating deformities (such as a hallux valgus or hammertoes) and avoiding dangerous painful rubbing while ensuring the utmost comfort, even in the case of bursitis, gout and callosity.
The velcro fastening means that the upper front can be opened and adjusted to fit the foot.
This piece of footwear has been designed for the insertion of ready-made or bespoke insole.
