Directions
For manual toothbrushing, wet the brush head and apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums and gently brush back and forth in short strokes. Brush all surfaces of the teeth, including the tongue and chewing surfaces, for about 2 minutes, twice a day. Replace the toothbrush every 3-4 months or when the bristles become frayed.
