HOW TO USE
HEAT THERAPY
Hot water method:
– Boil water in a container, and remove from heat when it comes to a boil
– insert the package, fully submerged, for approximately 10 minutes.
– remove the pack from the water – check the temperature of the pack first before applying it to the affected area, if it is too hot, let it cool for a few minutes.-Microwave method :
Due to the differences in power between different microwave models, it is advisable to perform a test the first time you use the product to find the ideal time.
Before starting, you should check that the bag is flat and that the gel is evenly distributed.
If the gel is at room temperature, select the maximum power and let it rest for one minute. If the desired temperature is not reached, repeat the steps for periods of 10 seconds in the microwave and ten seconds of rest.
If the product is frozen, it should be placed in the microwave at maximum power for 75 seconds. If the desired temperature is not reached, repeat the steps for periods of 10 seconds in the microwave and 10 seconds at rest.COLD THERAPY:
Keep the bag in the freezer so that it can be used at any time in case of an emergency. The minimum time for freezing the gel is 2 hours.
.Remove the gel pack from the freezer and place it in the towel cover, placing it on the affected area.
