How to Use:
Prepare the Monitor: Insert 4 AA batteries into the back of the monitor. Make sure the cuff is securely connected to the monitor.
Positioning the Cuff: Sit in a comfortable chair with your back straight and feet flat on the floor. Place your arm on a flat surface (e.g., a table) at heart level. Wrap the cuff around your upper arm (2-3 cm above the elbow) with the tubing aligned with the inside of your arm. Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight, and the cuff wrapping guide indicator is showing that it’s properly placed.
Taking a Reading: Press the START button to begin the measurement. The cuff will inflate automatically. Keep still and avoid talking during the measurement. Once the measurement is complete, the monitor will display your systolic and diastolic blood pressure along with your pulse rate. If the monitor detects an irregular heartbeat, it will show an indicator on the display.
Storing and Reviewing Data: The Omron M2+ can store up to 30 previous readings. To view past readings, press the MEMORY button and scroll through the stored data.
After Use: Turn off the monitor by pressing the START/STOP button. Remove the cuff and store both the cuff and monitor in a safe, dry place.

Important Tips:
Always take your readings at the same time of day for consistency. Rest for at least 5 minutes before taking a reading. Do not smoke, exercise, or consume caffeine 30 minutes prior to measurement. Consult your healthcare provider if you frequently notice irregular readings.
