How to Use Prim BruxiCalm Mouthguard Sport:
Adapt the protector on the teeth of the upper arch.
To customize the splint:
1. Heat water to 70º C,
2. Immerse the splint in the water for 12 seconds,
3. Insert the splint into the mouth and close it without gritting your teeth,
4. Close the lips, breathe in air and suction for 1 min, helping with the pressure of the fingers, 5. Remove the splint from the mouth and introduce it in cold water for at least 20 min.

Constant use of mouthguards can cause irritation of the gum tissue and mouth. Incorrect fitting of the splint will have counterproductive effects.Composition

How to use
1. Heat water to the boiling point and, after removing it from the heating source,
2. Insert the mouthguard for a few seconds, until the material acquires a malleable consistency.
3. Take the mold while it is still hot and adjust it to the denture of the upper jaw, pressing lightly for a few seconds to adapt to the jaw.
4. Remove the mouthguard and insert it in cold water to fix the material.

Prim Night Bruxicalm Mouth Guard One Size is an accessory specially designed to be used every night in case of bruxing problems. This product is made with a material that can be moulded to the shape of the teeth for greater comfort.
Instructions for use
To use this accessory correctly, it is important to follow these steps:
1.Clean your teeth thoroughly, using a toothbrush and dental floss. This in the first instance is so that the product is not full of dirt and bacteria.
2.Boil a good amount of water until it is just before boiling point.
3.Immerse the protector for a few seconds to soften the materials sufficiently.
4.Remove the mould from the water and place it over the upper denture, pressing it so that it easily adapts to the shape of the teeth. This pressure should be applied until the product reaches the gums.
5.After a few seconds remove it from the mouth and place it in cold water for a few minutes to harden.
6.If you are not happy with the result, the procedure can be repeated.It is important to always wash this accessory after each use because bacteria can easily proliferate in it. When not in use, it should be dry and in its case. It should not be left near heat sources because it is easily damaged at high temperatures if it is dry.
Precautions:
• The splint is recommended for use with adult teeth.
• Do not wash the splint in hot water.
• Avoid storing the splint near heat sources and at temperatures higher than 60 °C. A dentist or physician should be consulted before beginning to use a dental splint. This applies in particularly to the following cases:
• Severe bruxism. • Dental or gingival conditions Gum disease.
• Respiratory or other sleep-related health problems.
• Temporomandibular joint pain and sounds.
• Temporomandibular joint disorders, also known as temporomandibular dysfunction, craniomandibular dysfunction (CMD).The splint should not be used in case of:
• Broken or loose dental repairs, such as fillings, crowns or veneers.
• If, simultaneously, it is used dentures or braces.

HOW TO USE
HEAT THERAPY
Hot water method:
– Boil water in a container, and remove from heat when it comes to a boil
– insert the package, fully submerged, for approximately 10 minutes.
– remove the pack from the water – check the temperature of the pack first before applying it to the affected area, if it is too hot, let it cool for a few minutes.-Microwave method :
Due to the differences in power between different microwave models, it is advisable to perform a test the first time you use the product to find the ideal time.
Before starting, you should check that the bag is flat and that the gel is evenly distributed.
If the gel is at room temperature, select the maximum power and let it rest for one minute. If the desired temperature is not reached, repeat the steps for periods of 10 seconds in the microwave and ten seconds of rest.
If the product is frozen, it should be placed in the microwave at maximum power for 75 seconds. If the desired temperature is not reached, repeat the steps for periods of 10 seconds in the microwave and 10 seconds at rest.COLD THERAPY:
Keep the bag in the freezer so that it can be used at any time in case of an emergency. The minimum time for freezing the gel is 2 hours.
.Remove the gel pack from the freezer and place it in the towel cover, placing it on the affected area.
