DIRECTIONS: Apply two to three times a day as necessary. Richly formulated so a little goes a long way. Discontinue use if local irritation or rash occurs. Suitable for adults and children over twelve years. For severely dry, rough and cracked feet, we recommend you use Flexitol Heel Balm
