MICHELANGELO BLACK is a slipper designed for the primary prevention of diabetic foot (including in the case of neuropathies) and meant for patients affected by rheumatic foot who suffer from mild joint pain and have minor deformities.
The flexible biomechanical outsole contributes to a steady gait and balance. During the gait cycle, the foot joints are protected and pressure is properly distributed, helping to lessen any risk of falling.
The stretchable upper without seams at friction points adapts to the shape of the foot, softly accommodating any deformities (such as a hallux valgus or hammer toes) and avoiding dangerous painful rubbing whilst ensuring the utmost comfort even in the case of bursitis, gout and callosity.
The double velcro fastening means that the front of the slipper can be opened completely and adjusted for a perfect fit (swollen or sore feet).
The slipper has been designed for the insertion of a ready-made or bespoke insole.

Orthopedic women’s slipper from the Italian diabetic shoe brand PODARTIS. These black slippers have great cushioning. They are always made of full leather and have a removable footbed. An additional advantage is the light weight of the shoe.

PODARTIS Slippers, are wide slippers for patients with rheumatic foot, joint pain and small foot deformities. Prevention degree: 0-1 of the diabetic foot (even in the presence of neuropathies).

The flexible biomechanical sole provides walking stability and balance. During the walking phase, the foot joints are protected and the pressure is redistributed, reducing the risk of falling.

The self-modelling upper without seams in the friction areas adapts to the shape of the foot, comfortably accommodating deformities such as hallux valgus or hammer toes. Painful friction is avoided, even in the case of bunions, gout and calluses.

The double Velcro closure with gold-coloured logo finish allows you to fully open the front of the slipper and adjust it, for example in the case of swollen or edematous feet.

The slippers have a removable footbed, so you can easily wear your own custom-made insole! The footbed is made of PU+EVA.

The outsole has been biomechanically and clinically tested in the best international laboratories.

Care and Cleaning
NUBE clog can be machine washed up to 50°C. Arrange the footwear so that it does not come into direct contact with the interior of the washing machine. The insole can be hand washed with a soft dampened cloth. Do not use aggressive detergents, solvents or corrosive cleaning products. Let the clogs dry entirely at room temperature. Keep them away from heat sources. The model’s extended durability depends on factors like the type of ground, hours used, the user’s weight, and others. The shoe can be damaged by chemical compounds such as citric acid, mineral oil, petrol and diesel.
